Is this too much food for someone who is dieting and trying to lose weight?
Breakfast – Coffee (2 tsp of sugar + 1 tsp creamer), Whole grain cereal with non fat milk + apple
Lunch – Whole grain cereal with non fat milk + apple OR whole wheat bread with turkey breast + apple + green tea
Dinner – Grilled Chicken Salad with no dressing + green tea
I’m trying to drink 8 glasses of water a day and run 3 miles a day. Is this enough food or is it too much?
Sounds good to me! However, if you still feel like you are not losing any weight cut out the liquids that contain calories. Use artificial sweetener instead of sugar and replace your green tea with water.
I know green tea is supposed to be good for weight loss, but they have vitamins (Weightsmart) that contain the same ingredients as the tea.
